Before specialising in Champagne, Natalie practised as a lawyer for more than twenty years.
Today, she is one of Australia’s leading Champagne writers, educators and presenters, visiting Champagne several times each year to deepen her knowledge and maintain close relationships throughout the region.
Her approach combines technical expertise with a passion for storytelling, helping guests not simply taste Champagne, but understand the history, culture and craftsmanship that make it unlike any other wine region in the world.
